as for this comm, well, the purpose is to house creative players dedicated to a game that thrives on character development and interactions. we welcome writers looking for a fun, stress-free experience with the incorporation of ffas, writing prompts, community-wide events, and much more.

be excellent to each other. leave the bullying and blurring at the door. disputes should be settled between members when possible, but if mod mediation is needed sound the horns of gondor and we'll light the beacons. / member-moderated ffas and community-wide events are more than welcome. / external apps like wire, discord, or other messaging apps cannot be promoted on the fp or listed in bios. interactions should be focused on the fp. / hiatuses will be granted for up to 4 weeks. / extensions last until the next set of adds.

cool beans. all you need is an ic or ooc journal of your choice, just don't have any numbers, extra letters or underscores. 18+ pbs only and their ages must be verifiable by google. journals must have the usual entries: an ic post and an ooc post featuring the basics about your character (name, date of birth, age, hometown, occupation). if you're feeling out your character and don't want to write a bio just yet, submit examples (1 thread, 1 narrative). if you don't want to submit examples, include at least 150 words about your character so we can get a sense of your writing. rejected applications will be deleted.

accepted members have 48 hours to intro in skydeck. a minimum of two updates are required each month with one open to comments. hosting a community event can count as an interactive update for the month. an active friends page is necessary for any community to thrive and we will remove members on the grounds of inactivity if they are a consistent nonparticipant or their friends list is significantly out of date. if you were added on or after the 15th of the month, you are only required to submit one update. anyone added after the 25th only needs an intro. if you're unsure an update will count toward your activity for the month or if you have a coding question, feel free to ask us.
